Terms of sale

These terms govern the distance sale, on miqar.fr, of perfume sets to consumers living in metropolitan France. MIQAR is an independent shop: the houses presented (IBRAQ, Lattafa and REEF; Arabian Oud and Afnan announced soon) are not official partners of MIQAR, and the sets are selections put together by MIQAR, not sets made by the brands, unless stated otherwise on the page.

MIQAR only sells complete sets: sets curated by MIQAR or Sur Mesure sets you build (five to nine full-size IBRAQ bottles, the same reference may be chosen several times). The total price of a Sur Mesure set, including any large-size supplement, is shown before it is added to the bag. Perfumes are not sold individually. Each page states the contents, sizes, known notes and availability. Mood visuals are indicative; the exact contents are those listed on the page and in your order.

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Delivery in metropolitan France is free. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed; it is recalculated by our servers from our price list, whatever amount your browser displays.

You add sets to your bag, enter your delivery details, check the summary and place the order with an obligation to pay. No account is required. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed; a confirmation email summarises the order.

Payment is made by card (and, when offered, by the accepted wallets) on the secure page of our provider Stripe. MIQAR never sees your card details. The order is confirmed only once the payment is accepted.

Free delivery in metropolitan France, to the address you provide. Sets are shipped from Saudi Arabia; delivery is estimated at 7 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed, subject to confirmation by our shipper. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw, without giving any reason, including for a Sur Mesure set. You can do so online with the Withdraw from the contract here function, by email or by post; you receive an acknowledgment. The legal exception for sealed goods unsealed after delivery (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code) is detailed on the dedicated page. Sets are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To use them, write to hello@miqar.fr with your order number.

Complaints can be sent to hello@miqar.fr. If no amicable solution is found, you may use the consumer mediator indicated above free of charge (being appointed), or the European online dispute resolution platform. French law applies.
