Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order (or of the last set, for an order delivered in several parts) to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty. This right also applies to Sur Mesure sets: they are made of bottles from our catalogue and are not personalised products.

Three ways to tell us about your decision, as you prefer:

• online, with the Withdraw from the contract here function (linked at the bottom of every page): you receive an acknowledgment straight away;
• by email to hello@miqar.fr;
• by post, with the form below (optional) or any unequivocal statement.

The law provides an exception for goods delivered sealed that the consumer unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). The packaging of our bottles is being confirmed: this section will be completed accordingly. Apart from this exception, the whole set is covered by your right of withdrawal.

Send the items concerned back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision, to: the return address will be indicated here once finalised. Who bears the return cost will be stated here before orders open.

You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items (article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).

We refund all payments received, including the original delivery, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the payment method of the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or proof that they have been sent.

If your set arrives damaged or incomplete, write to hello@miqar.fr as soon as possible with your order number and photographs: the legal guarantee of conformity applies at no cost to you.
