The data controller is the seller identified above. For any question about your data: hello@miqar.fr.

• Orders: name, delivery address, email, optional phone, order contents and amount, payment status. Purposes: performing the contract, delivery, customer service, legal guarantees. Basis: contract; accounting obligations for accounting records.
• Optional customer account: email, sign-in details, order history. Purpose: access to your account. Basis: contract.
• Optional newsletter: email and, only if you enter it, phone number. Purpose: telling you about our new selections. Basis: your consent. Text messages are only sent if you ticked the dedicated consent box; no text message is sent at present.
• Online withdrawal: reference, order number, name, email, items concerned, date. Purposes: handling your withdrawal and keeping proof of it. Basis: legal obligation.
• Contact and professional forms: the information you send. Purpose: answering your request. Basis: legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps.

• Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations); data needed for customer service: until the legal guarantees end.
• Customer account: until deleted, or 3 years without sign-in or order.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years without interaction; proof of consent is kept for as long as needed to demonstrate it.
• Withdrawals: 5 years from the request (limitation period).
• Contact messages and professional requests: 3 years after the last exchange.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure page. MIQAR neither receives nor stores your card details; we only receive the payment status.

• Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting and running the website.
• Supabase (database, accounts and image library): data hosted in India (Mumbai region).
• Stripe: payment.
• Resend: order emails and acknowledgments, once activated.
• Preparation and shipping from Saudi Arabia: delivery name, address and phone, to send your parcel.
• Carrier: delivering your parcel (provider being selected).

These providers act only for the purposes described here. Transfers outside the European Union (United States, India, Saudi Arabia for shipping) rely on GDPR safeguards, notably the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The website’s fonts and images are served by us, without any third-party advertising or audience service.

The site keeps your bag, your Sur Mesure selection, your language and, where relevant, your sign-in session in your browser. No advertising cookie or audience tool is used. Details: cookie policy.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe link or email).
